I am fortunate to be a part of the Top Producing Keller/Porter Team in the Islamorada office of Coldwell Banker Schmitt. Jan Keller and Charlotte Porter have been the leaders in the Upper Keys for over 15 years! We have come together to combine my numerous connections to the Keys fishing and outdoors world and their vast knowledge of Florida Keys Real Estate. I am fluent in Spanish and a member of the Miami Association of Realtors and can assist with Miami Real Estate transactions in the city I grew up in.

For over 34 years I have been guiding anglers in the Florida Keys to some amazing catches and tournament victories. I have been fortunate to have guided some of the worlds top anglers to victories in The Gold Cup Tarpon Tournament, The Hawley Tarpon Tournament, The Golden Fly Tarpon Tournament, The Spring Fly Bonefish Tournament and many others. I have won the Best of The West Fly Casting Championships in Denver Colorado and I now teach Fly Casting at the highly coveted Sandy Moret's Florida Keys Fly Fishing School.

I am proud to be working for the best Real Estate company in the Florida Keys! Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company lead by Brian Schmitt has been the leader in Real Estate sales in the Keys. The wealth of knowledge shared by both Brian Schmitt and his right hand man, Ed Anderson is beyond belief! They support their agents with their years of experience in both residential and commercial Real Estate.
